What is a medially dependent customer?

A medically dependent customer is a person who is dependent on electricity for critical medical support, and the disconnection of electricity may result in loss of life or serious harm. If you, or someone living with you, are dependent on electricity for critical medical support and disconnection of electricity may result in loss of life or serious harm, please contact us immediately.

What is a vulnerable customer?

If you are finding it difficult to pay your utility bills, for reasons other than health, please contact us. Our customer service team are here to help. We will discuss options such as setting up a payment arrangement and offer other assistance.
